COMPOSITION:

The PSB830 thread bar is made of black steel with a continuous left-handed along the entire length of the bar. The continuous threading allows the cut of the bar with different length according to the design requirements.

A threaded rod that is threaded from one end to the other along its entire length. All threaded rods are typically produced in but not limited to 3ft, 6ft, 10ft and 12ft lengths but can be cut to specified lengths. All threaded rods can be cut to shorter lengths, after which they are often referred to as full threaded studs or studs. The length of the rod is measured from end to end. For example, the joint length of all threaded rods may differ by a few inches, even though it is considered a 12-foot joint. All threaded rods are ideal for a wide range of applications. It is very suitable and widely used in many industrial applications such as anchoring, automotive and electrical. Industries that use screws range from oil and gas, chemical and power to manufacturing, municipal, plumbing, and construction. All threaded rods are available in a variety of grades, materials, lengths, diameters and some grades of left-hand pitch.

High Strength Steel Threaded Rod Grades and Markings

There are several different grades of threaded rod depending on the mechanical and chemical properties of the material and the intended application of the fully threaded rod. All threaded rods are stamped differently than studs or headed fasteners. Most threads are identified by the manufacturer's standard paint color on both ends of the rod. While the colors used by different manufacturers for a particular grade may be similar, in most cases there is no industry standard grade/color specification.
